dpdSHIPPER (DPD pickup points, alzaBox, BalikoBOX, DPD Home and DPD Classic)

DPD uses a network of over 900 self-service boxes, which includes DPD boxes as well as hundreds of AlzaBoxes and BalíkoBOXes from the Slovak Post.

The boxes are part of the Pickup point network, which consists of more than 1,600 pickup points in Slovakia. We are part of one of the largest and most extensive European networks, offering more than 110,000 pickup points and self-service boxes. You can view the pickup point map here.

Direct Parcel Distribution SK s.r.o. is an express courier company that delivers shipments within Slovakia and worldwide.

Module Installation

1. Ensure that the label in the module ZIP archive name matches your PrestaShop version.
2. Upload the module to your PrestaShop using one of the following methods:
   • A. Via the Control Panel: Use the module upload tool (ZIP archive) in Modules » Module Manager » Upload a module
   • B. Via FTP: Upload the folder from the ZIP archive "cm_dpdshipper" to the /modules/ directory
3. If you uploaded the module via FTP, install it in: Control Panel » Modules » Module Manager
4. If you uploaded the module via the control panel interface, it is installed automatically.
5. In the module settings, enter the details provided by DPD based on your contract, which you can find in your account on dpdshipper.sk.
6. If you encounter any issues, contact the module developer.
