Quatro Loan for PrestaShop (payment gateway)

Quatro service allows to customers in your e-shop request for Quatro loan. This module provides an encrypted communication between your PrestaShop store and the Quatro website - quatro.sk.

Module installation

1. Upload folder "quatro" into /modules/ folder via FTP or use module upload tool in Back Office » Modules to upload module package.
2. Install module in: Back Office » Modules
3. Go into module settings and fill the required testing data, which you are receive from Quatro: merchant ID (TESTIK) and password (key001).
4. Go into settings: Back Office » Payment » Payment modules list, and leave checked Euro currency only. If you don't using Euro currency in your shop, your customers can ask Quatro loan.
5. Contact Quatro employee responsible for system implementation in your e-shop. He made testing of your module in order process.
6. If you are gladly notified by Quatro, fill your real merchant ID and password (and replace testing merchant ID and password). After this action will be module ready to work in live environment.
7. While module installation the payment icon has been placed into product detail page of your eshop Front Office, also creating a new order status "Awaiting Quatro payment" and uploading e-mail notification templates into PrestaShop.
8. If any problem occurred, check your settings data filled into module first. If problem still persist, contact author of the module.

Frequently asked question (FAQ)

What does it mean "Order as Set"
Quatro online system allows place loan request for max. 5 products simultaneously. Module allows merge more products to the one. If you check this option (recommended)m when customer's cart will be contain more than 5 products, order will be signed as "Set" in order to request Quatro loan.

Quatro loan service implementation steps

1. Sign contract with Quatro and get personal merchant ID and secret key for your e-commerce.
2. Buy, install and setup Quatro module.
3. Contact Quatro employee responsible for system implementation in your e-shop. He made testing of your module in order process.
4. If any problem occurred, check your settings data filled into module first. If problem still persist, contact module author.
5. If the testing was successful, module is ready to work in live environment.
